近期，某些别有用心之人持续散布不实且恶意的言论，企图将OE杰青商学院及本人与毫无根据的指控联系在一起。
对此，我们促请公众：
🔹 立即停止分享或传播任何不实信息，避免误导公众及承担法律责任。
🔹 有关影射均带有诽谤动机，我们已于2025年1月21日和2月16日正式向警方报案。
🔹 我们将保留所有法律追诉权利，并已授权律师采取进一步法律行动。
此外，我们已对相关人士采取法律措施维护权益，并成功获得马来亚高等法院颁布的临时禁制令，禁止任何针对我们的诽谤性言论传播。然而，相关人士无视法律禁令，继续散播虚假信息，此行为已构成藐视法庭。

Recently, certain individuals with malicious intent have been spreading false and defamatory statements, attempting to associate OE EduGroup and myself with baseless allegations.
We Urge the Public to Take Notice:
🔹 Immediately stop sharing or disseminating any false information to avoid misleading the public and facing legal consequences.
🔹 These allegations are defamatory in nature. We have officially lodged police reports on 21st January 2025, and 16th February 2025.
🔹 We reserve all legal rights and have authorized our legal representatives to take further legal action.
Additionally, we have taken legal measures to protect our rights and successfully obtained an interim injunction from the High Court of Malaya, prohibiting the dissemination of defamatory statements against us.
However, certain individuals have disregarded the court injunction and continue to spread false information, an act that constitutes contempt of court.
